Teenage Engineering EP-35 K.O. Guitar Amp
Bring your entire setup together - onboard summing mixer
With six inputs and simultaneous audio mixing, the EP-35 K.O. AMP gives you plenty of ways to build your sound. Connect a guitar through the 6.35mm input, add vocals using the XLR microphone connection, and bring in backing tracks through Bluetooth or the stereo line input.
You can hear your connected sources together, making it easier to practise, perform, or experiment with different arrangements. USB audio connectivity adds another option, with a built-in USB 2.0 audio interface for working with compatible devices. The stereo line outputs also let you incorporate additional audio equipment into your setup, giving you more freedom when connecting your gear.
Shape guitar and vocal sounds with ease
Get creative with eight built-in effects presets designed for guitar and microphone signals. These give you sound-shaping options directly on the amplifier, so you can explore different tones without relying on additional effects equipment. The dedicated guitar input features low and high gain settings, helping you adjust the input to suit your instrument and playing requirements.
For vocals, the XLR microphone connection includes 48V phantom power, allowing you to use compatible condenser microphones alongside your guitar. It's a practical arrangement for singer-songwriters and performers who want to manage their instrument and microphone sounds from one compact device, keeping their setup straightforward.
Expand your sound with wireless connectivity
Bluetooth connectivity makes the EP-35 K.O. AMP useful beyond traditional instrument amplification. Stream audio wirelessly for listening sessions, rehearsals, or playing along with your favourite tracks. Support for Bluetooth LE Audio adds wireless functionality, while broadcast mode lets you connect multiple compatible K.O. AMPs together.
This means you can build a larger listening arrangement using additional speakers, particularly useful when sharing music with a group. The amplifier also supports Teenage Engineering's EP-Plug and EP-Grid systems. With the optional dock kit, you can attach a compatible EP series device directly to the front of the speaker, keeping your equipment together and within easy reach.
Take your music beyond the studio
Designed with portability in mind, the EP-35 K.O. AMP includes an integrated rechargeable battery, allowing you to play without relying on a constant mains connection. Charging takes place through USB-C, making it straightforward to prepare for your next session. The built-in carrying handle helps when transporting the amplifier between locations, while the integrated storage compartment provides a convenient place for small accessories.
Planning an evening outdoors? The built-in camp light provides illumination when natural light starts to fade. These practical details make the amplifier particularly useful for outdoor rehearsals, informal performances, and portable music setups where convenience matters.
Teenage Engineering EP-127 K.O. Guitar FX Pedal
Take hands-free control of your sound
Keep your hands on your instrument while controlling the EP-35 K.O. AMP with the EP-127 K.O. PEDAL. Its two large pressure-sensitive buttons respond to both downward pressure and forward or backward rocking movements, giving you expressive control over compatible functions. This makes it easier to adjust effects while playing guitar or singing, without reaching for the amplifier itself.
The wireless connection also helps keep your performance area free from additional control cables. With dedicated effects and playback control modes, you can manage different aspects of your sound directly underfoot. It's particularly useful when you need to make adjustments mid-performance.
Build loops and keep your timing steady
Pair the K.O. PEDAL with the EP-35 K.O. AMP to unlock additional performance functions, including an expressive looper and metronome. The looper lets you create repeating musical phrases, giving you a way to develop layered arrangements while performing. It's a useful tool for exploring ideas, building accompaniments, or experimenting with different parts during practice.
The onboard metronome provides a timing reference to help keep your playing consistent. Dedicated control modes also let you manage audio playback using the pedal. Together, these functions give you more ways to interact with your music while keeping your hands free for playing.
Connect to your favourite MIDI equipment
The EP-127 isn't limited to controlling the K.O. AMP. Switch to MIDI controller mode and use it with compatible instruments, computers, and other equipment. Bluetooth LE MIDI provides wireless connectivity, while USB-C offers a wired connection for integrating the pedal into your setup. There's also a dedicated 3.5mm MIDI output, allowing you to send control messages to compatible synthesizers and pedalboards.
A separate 3.5mm input lets you connect an external expression pedal for additional control possibilities. These connections make the EP-127 useful for musicians working with multiple instruments, electronic equipment, and computer-based music production setups.
Control more than just your music
Alongside its musical applications, the K.O. PEDAL features an HID controller mode for interacting with computer software. By mapping its buttons to compatible functions, you can control video playback, navigate presentations, or activate keyboard shortcuts without using your hands. This makes it useful for performers, content creators, and anyone who needs foot-operated control during computer-based tasks.
The EP-127 can be pwoered from two AAA batteries or via the USB-C connection, giving you flexibility when choosing how to operate the pedal. Combined with its wireless capabilities and pressure-sensitive controls, the EP-127 offers a practical way to manage creative tasks without constantly reaching for your computer.
