Keep track information in clear view
The 4.3-inch full-colour display gives you the information you need while browsing, cueing, and mixing. A large waveform and beat grid provide clear visual feedback, while the full-track waveform shows your current playback position alongside stored hot cues and loops.
You can also check BPM, pitch position, pitch range, elapsed or remaining time, track details, and Keylock status without moving away from the deck. Switch to browse mode and the screen provides your track list, helping you find your next selection while keeping your attention on the MDJ-600.
Get hands-on control over every mix
The 5-inch high-resolution, touch-capacitive jogwheel gives you tactile control for scratching, nudging, and cueing. Vinyl mode provides turntable-style interaction, while reverse and stutter cue modes add further ways to work with your tracks.
Slip mode is useful when you want to scratch or trigger a hot cue without shifting the track's underlying playback position. You also get four hot cue pads for jumping straight to stored points, plus manual and BPM-based auto-looping for extending sections or creating builds. Quantize helps keep these performance moves aligned with the beat.
Play directly from USB or CD
Connect a USB drive or load a CD and the MDJ-600 can work as a standalone single-channel player. That gives you a straightforward way to perform without relying on a computer. USB playback supports MP3, WAV, AAC, and AIFF audio, with FAT, FAT32, HFS+, and NTFS file systems supported. You can also play standard CDs and CD-Rs. For prepared USB sets, Gemini's V-Case library software lets you organise playlists, beat grids, and hot cues on your computer beforehand, so your performance information is ready when you connect the drive.
Switch easily to software control
If you prefer working with DJ software, connect the MDJ-600 over USB-B and switch to MIDI mode to use its physical controls with VirtualDJ or other compatible software. MIDI controls are fully mappable, giving you the flexibility to configure the deck around your setup.
The integrated soundcard supports resolutions up to 24-bit/192kHz, allowing the MDJ-600 to handle audio alongside controller duties. Selectable pitch ranges of ±4, 8, 16, 24, 50, and 100 percent also let you choose between precise tempo adjustments and much broader changes to suit your mix.

Sculpt your sound
Performing in new spaces can be risky if the environment isn't acoustically perfect. This can sometimes result in your mix sounding "brittle" or "boomy". Fear not. SubZero have thought of everything. Both channels on the Mini DJ Mixer boast a fixed positioned two-band equaliser. Each frequency band has been specifically chosen to target problematic areas in the low and high frequencies. There's no need for endless nitpicking, this equaliser is straight to the point! With a 30dB gain range on each channel you'll be able to utilise this to achieve the perfect mix, without compromise.

Whether you're an old school DJ performing with decks, or prefer to embrace the ease and accessibility of digital technology. The DJ mixer is incredibly versatile and caters for all. Simply adjust the input switch at the rear of the mixer to switch between the line and phono inputs. What's more, the handy ground loop terminal can be engaged to provide support for turntables with ground loop requirements. Should you desire, you can even connect your portable media player via the 3.5mm TRS jack!
Seamless transitions
You'll find that creating the perfect mix becomes an effortless endeavor thanks to the premium crossfader that lies on the front of the mixer's sleek black fascia. Pulling the fader to the left gives you maximum signal for channel one, whilst adjusting to the right provides maximum signal for channel two. When centered, you receive maximum signal from both channels. Should you desire to practice the transition then utilise the crossfader, this allows you to hear the effect in your headphones, without affecting the signal that is being played out through the main speakers.
